The large L shaped infinity pool surrounded by lush tropical jungle greenery, wraps around the ground floor and embraces the close connection with nature. Numerous entertaining spaces provide places to relax, read a book, sunbathe, lounge in a hammock or host a delicious al fresco meal.

A wooden wrap around balcony on the first floor beautifully connects the spaces and enhances the flow through the open air design on to a private roof terrace, perfect for daytime lounging or a sunset cocktail whilst overlooking the jungle canopy.

The ground floor bedroom with en suite has a separate private entrance and can be configured with twin size beds or a king bed.

General Information
  • Personalised concierge support to enhance your stay, don’t be shy to ask about about any reservations for restaurants, activities, private transport, massages, private surf or yoga lessons, tours, boat or ATV experiences and any other ideas you might have.
  • Sleeps up to 8 people
  • Four bedrooms: three with the possibility of twin or king size beds and one with a king size bed.
  • Three open-air bathrooms in total, each with walk-in showers and washbasins.
  • All bedrooms include closet space for your convenience.
  • Infinity pool surrounded by tropical gardens.
  • Well-equipped modern kitchen for preparing meals and entertaining.
  • Private access and parking space available for guests.
  • Beach access via a magnificent private trail, just a 4 minute walk through the beautiful jungle.
  • Several terraces and cosy spaces, including living areas and hammocks, perfect for relaxation.
  • Outdoor showers provided for rinsing before or after the beach or pool.
  • Provided items include bath and beach towels. Local biodegradable toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body soap from Aromas.
  • Check out is by 10am unless pre-arranged.
  • Please no smoking inside the villas.
  • Families are very welcome.
  • Moderate music levels requested during the day; no loud music during late hours.
  • We recommend renting a 4×4 vehicle, especially if you plan to explore beyond the main Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa areas. While the local roads are mostly paved, routes outside town and in the rainy season can be quite bumpy. Quad rentals are also widely available in town, and we’ll be happy to help you arrange one by the day or week. For convenience, it’s best to pre-book before arrival.
  • Internet: High-speed connection available.
  • Yoga: A shared shala space is available for yoga lessons, offered during the high season or upon request. Lessons are led by highly experienced professional instructors and a small fee applies.
  • Housekeeping: Daily cleaning service provided, with the option for additional services upon request.
  • Turndown Service: A light evening refresh of your villa. Dishes cleared, bins emptied, lights dimmed, and your bed prepared for a restful night, with a quick check to see if you need anything before winding down.
  • Laundry: Personal laundry services available for an additional cost.
  • Filtered Water: Villas feature a state-of-the-art water filtration system, providing safe drinking and cooking water from the filtered kitchen taps.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

All reservations are non-refundable unless the property gets re-booked the same nights that have been cancelled, in which case we will refund 80% of the payment.

Reservations made more than 90 days before arrival:
  • 25% deposit to confirm the reservation.
  • An additional 25% payment due 90 days before arrival.
  • Final 50% payment due 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made between 30 and 90 days before arrival:
  • 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.
  • Remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival:
  • Full payment required at the time of booking
